Igluna 2019: A moon habitat on a glacier in the Swiss Alps

Jun 21, 2019

Co-Founder Mark was invited by the Swiss Space Center to help construct the exhibition Igluna in the Swiss Tourist Paradise Zermatt. 20 student-teams from all over Europe developed various projects for the moon habitat on ice. Since the glacier offers similar conditions, many experiments such as a hydroponical automated farm were built in this harsh climate on almost 4000 meters above sea level. What a beautiful experience it was to work with such inspiring people. Who know, maybe next year Yasai will contribute in Igluna 2020. Thanks to the Swiss Space Center for this opportunity.
