We grow our plants in Zurich, using existing industrial space for our Vertical Farm. Our plants can develop in perfect conditions all year around. We offer a wide variety of freshly grown, healthy plants – without using pesticides. Circular systems for energy and nutrients reduce our need for resources to a minimum.
Basil
Our Basil is sweet and vibrant in its flavour. Perfect for summoning the scents straight onto your homemade dishes. We love it as a garnish on our pizzas and salads, or just as the real star of the dish in a delicious pesto.
Peppermint
Our peppermint with it's bright green colouring and small, jagged edges, is perfect for making tea. It has a minty aroma with a sweet-peppery note.
Dill
Dill is another favourite classic. We usually add it to our fish or potato dishes, to any dips and sauces and to top and garnish our European seafood dishes.
Thai Basil
Basil's brother from Southeast Asia has more robust leaves. They remain more vibrant during cooking compared to sweet basil, which is usually added to the dish before serving. It has a slightly spicy, liquorice-like flavour. On the outside, Thai Basil has a darker stem and small, sturdy leaves with serrated edges.
Coriander
Coriander, the famous controversial herb - either loved or hated. We like to add this citrusy fragranced classic to our curries, salads and soups. It is frequently used in South American and Thai cuisine - especially to counterbalance the many spices.
