Deliciously creamy and zesty vegan pasta sauce!
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- 2/3 cup hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup fresh dill or a decent handful
- Throw all of the ingredients into a powerful blender & blend on high for a minute or two, until smooth & creamy.
- Poured some over vegan pasta or regular pasta, then cooked them over medium heat until soft. You can drizzle this over roasted veggies, sauteed veggies, prepared meat, whatever you desire & enjoy!
