Green Pizza With Basil Pesto & Vegetables

Not your usual pizza but a deliciously green one!

For the dough:

400 g Flour

8 g Salt

270 ml Water

14 g Baker’s dry yeast

5 g Sugar

25 g Extra virgin olive oil


Fresh Mozzarella

Cherry tomato

Sliced ​​zucchini 0.5

25 g Pine nuts

YASAI Basil to taste

25 g Cheese

Extra virgin olive oil for pesto

Half an Onion

Broccoli to taste

1. Prepare pizza dough or use refrigerated pizza dough.

2. Make the pesto: by crushing the pine nuts with the pecorino cheese and the basil leaves in the mortar, adding a drizzel of olive oil until you reach your ideal consistancy.

3. Roll out the dough and cover it with a thin layer of the pesto. Place the pieces of chopped broccoli, the onion cut in julienne and the half-cut cherry tomatoes. We also place the green pepper rings and the slices of zucchini on top.

4. Fill the holes with pieces of mozzarella and bake at 235 ºC in the preheated oven until the base is crisp and the vegetables begin to toast. You can add a drizzel of olive oil on top or sprinkle with other herbs as you like.
